Adam’s extensive background in finance, marketing, and negotiation benefits both buyers and sellers in achieving the best results for YOU. Adam’s experience has grown dramatically in assisting clients with buying and selling property over the past couple years. He often speaks at national real estate conferences to share his systems for success.
Sarah Hergenrother (Realtor®) graduated from the University of Vermont, which is located in the heart of Burlington on Lake Champlain. With over 9 years of real estate experience, an Accredited Buyer Representation designation and a Vermont broker license, Sarah will provide you with superior real estate advice and award winning service. Sarah enjoys skiing, Lake Champlain, the outdoors and spending time with family.
Shannon Benway (Realtor®/Listing Specialist) grew up in Vermont and graduated from Norwich University. She’s lived all over the state and loves making Burlington her home. After years in hospitality management, Shannon has brought her leadership and service skills to something she’s passionate about: real estate. She has energy and enthusiasm to share, and a natural ability to create opportunity. She shares her free time with friends and family, attending community events, catching live music, exploring new places and enjoying the outdoors.
Adriane Schultz (Realtor®/Buyer Specialist) is originally from NH, but she has lived in Vermont for over 20 years. And while she till spends a lot of time in her native state, Adriane is proud to call Vermont her home. Adriane graduated from Champlain College with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and is excited to bring that expertise and creativity to an elite real estate team that will help you find your next home! In her free time, Adriane enjoys running, gardening, and spending time outside.
Amanda Bell (Realtor®/Buyer Specialist)originally from Massachusetts is proud to call herself a Vermonter. Amanda graduated from The University of Vermont and has a extensive background in customer service and restaurant management. Amanda enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and appreciates the unique sense of community throughout the state. Amanda is thrilled to apply her knowledge and individual touch to the real estate industry.
Chris Goldsbury (Realtor®/Buyer Specialist), is a Vermont native and a graduate of The Business School at The University of Vermont. He has several years of real estate, business, and customer service experience that ensures his clients reach their real estate goals. After spending time in California, he is excited to be back in Vermont. Chris enjoys sports and cooking, and he looks forward to helping you find your next home.
Alison Livengood (Executive Assistant/ Listing Manager) graduated early from Champlain College in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting and Digital Media. Before joining The Adam Hergenrother Team, Alie worked in a variety of fields including restaurant management, social media and telecommunications. She has been doing photography for the last 8 years. Her attention to client care, proactive attitude, and organizational skills make her a wonderful asset to the team. In her free time, Alie enjoys yoga, photography, and is a self-proclaimed movie nerd.
Carissa Castro (Administrative Assistant) joined The Adam Hergenrother Team after working as an Administrative Assistant for Universal Properties Central Mass (a division of Hergenrother Industries). She was also a Customer Service Representative for the Seattle Times Co. Carissa is committed to providing excellent administrative support. Her attention to detail, follow-through, and customer service skills are a tremendous asset to both the team and our clients. Carissa is very involved with her church and serves at Victory in Quezon City where she is part of the music ministry. She also leads and mentors a small group of single, professional women. Carissa lives in Manila, Philippines with her daughter, Zoe, and her mother, Marite. Her albino cat, Chichi, keeps Carissa company while she works.
