Carissa is very involved with her church and serves at Victory in Quezon City where she is part of the music ministry. She also leads and mentors a small group of single, professional women.
Carissa lives in Manila, Philippines with her daughter, Zoe, and her mother, Marite. Her albino cat, Chichi, keeps Carissa company while she works.

The primary goal of the Courier is to pick up and deliver documents, packages, and supplies on a deadline for the Listing Division. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Other responsibilities include gathering documents from local town offices, delivering marketing materials, setting up signs, and other tasks as needed.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and either lease or own their own car. Drivers must carry proof of insurance and vehicle registration. We are looking for an independent individual who is reliable, aware of deadlines, and flexible with schedules. A large majority of this job involves travel. Knowledge of Vermont and real estate is preferred. Must be able to lift 30+ pounds.
