(Colchester, VT ) On Monday June 27, Keller Williams Realty Market Center agents, team leaders and administrators gathered in Westborough, MA for the Fifth Annual New England Region Cultural Summit. The Summit honors Keller Williams Realty agents across New England, selected by their peers, who have demonstrated at a high level the Keller Williams culture.
Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties Realtor, Sarah Hergenrother, was honored during the presentation of Regional Icons for her commitment to promoting the KW Culture throughout the Market Center. The principles of the KW Culture include integrity, commitment, communication, creativity, trust, and the belief that together everyone achieves more.
Hergenrother is the epitome of a cultural icon. As the GMP Market Center Productivity Coach, she offers her time to train Realtors in the office and assists them in reaching their personal and professional goals. Hergenrother is also the Leader of the KW Cares Committee, a public charity created to support Keller Williams Realty associates and their immediate families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Each week, she meets with the Committee to plan monthly events that both improve the Market Center morale and bring awareness to our community’s needs. Last month the Committee spearheaded an all day event for the Market Center to team up with Rebuilding Together Greater Burlington to help a deserving family repair their home.
